Cubs win 5-2 over Florida!
Derrek Lee hit a three-run double to win after Sammy Sosa tied it. All-Star Carlos Zambrano pitched seven innings, allowing only two runs. LaTroy Hawkins threw nine pitches to strike out the side in the 9th and get the save.
The Cubs gain a game on Florida, Houston, and San Diego. The Giants play tonight.

Cubs sink the Pirates' ship!
9-13: Cubs win 7-2. Maddux 7 shutout innings. Sammy Sosa and Neifi Perez homered.
9-14: Cubs win 3-2 in 12 innings. Patterson all three RBIs w/ 2 HR. Clement 6 innings, 2 ER. Mike Wuertz, Mike Remlinger, LaTroy Hawkins, and Todd Wellemeyer pitched 6 innings and gave up one hit out of the bullpen.
9-15: Cubs win 13-5: Lee, Sosa, and Barrett with back-to-back-to-back HRs, Sosa with grand slam later. Bullpen allowed no runs again as rookie Mike Wuertz picked up his first ML win, lifetime starter Ryan Dempster w/first ML save.
9-16: Cubs win 5-4: Aramis Ramirez (probably the best Aramis ever to play) hit 3 Hrs and drove in all 5 runs as Cubs beat Reds. Win-Wood, Save-Hawkins, bullpen 2 perfect innings.
